【内容摘要】

浅析小学教师职业倦怠小学教师的职业倦怠是指小学教师在长期从事教育教学过程中,不能顺利应对工作压力时的一种极端反应,是小学教师在长期压力体验下所产生的情绪,对工作任务缺乏事业的动机和兴趣,勉强维持教学工作的一种现象。小学教师职业倦怠主要体现在认知、情绪、行为等方面。但引起小学教师职业倦怠的因素不外乎是外在因素和内在因素,针对产生职业倦怠的原因,我认为预防和改善小学教师职业倦怠有如下措施:改善外在因素:加强社会关怀、改进学校管理、争取教育机构支持;改善内在因素:要认识自己,了解自己、小学教师应掌握一定缓解压力的方法、读书学习,提升自我价值、学会交往,增强社会适应能力。

Abstract: Primary school teachers occupation burnout refers to primary school teachers in the long engaged in education and teaching process, an extreme reaction can not cope with work pressure, is the primary school teachers in the long-term pressure under the experience of emotion, of tasks for lack of career motivation and interest, barely a phenomenon in teaching work. primary school teachers occupation burnout is mainly reflected in the aspects of cognition, emotion, behavior etc.. but due to primary school teachers occupation burnout factors include external factors and internal factors, for reasons of occupation burnout, I think the prevention and improvement of occupation burnout of primary school teachers have the following measures: improve the external factors: strengthen social care, improve school management, support for educational institutions; improve the internal factors: to know yourself, know yourself, primary school teachers should have certain method, to ease the pressure of study and learning, enhance exchanges, learn self value, increase the ability of social adaptation.
