当代小学教师素质初探

随着当代社会对于教师为主导的教育理念的认同，人们越发关注当代小学教师职业素养的培育。虽然教师在教学活动、提高教学质量中起关键作用。但是现实教育状况中，小学教师的素质还存在诸多问题，因此社会各界应积极关注小学教师素质的提高。同时作为一名负责任的教师，我们应该肩负起这庄重的教育职责，为传授好科学文化基础知识，培养好学生的思想道德素质积极提高自身素养，学习专业知识，完成培养全面发展学生的任务，以适应当代社会发展的趋势。

The Contemporary Elementary School Teachers' Quality
 
Abstract：With the contemporary society for the teacher as the leading education philosophy of identity, people pay more and more attention to cultivate the contemporary primary school teacher occupation accomplishment. Although the teachers play the key role in the teaching activities, improve the quality of teaching, the reality situation of middle and primary school teachers education quality still exist many problems, so the various circles of society should be actively concerned about improving the quality of primary school teachers. At the same time as a responsible teacher, we should shoulder the solemnity of the educational responsibility, to impart basic knowledge of science and culture, cultivate students' Ideological and moral quality and actively improve their own literacy, learning professional knowledge, to complete the comprehensive development of students, in order to adapt to the trend of the times.
