聚氨基磺酸修饰电极的制备及对香兰素的测定


用循环伏安法制备聚氨基磺酸修饰电极并研究了香兰素在聚氨基磺酸修饰电极上的电化学行为, 建立了一种测定香兰素的新方法。实验结果表明: 在pH=5.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,香兰素检出线性范围为2.40×10-6 ~6.61×10-5 mol/L;检出限为8.00×10-7 mol/L 。同时该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性, 可用于香兰素的检测,结果满意,有较广的应用前景。

Preparation of a Poly(Sulfamic acid) Modified
Electrode and Application for Determination of vanillin
 
Abstract: A poly (Sulfamic acid) modified electrode was prepared by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of vanillin at the poly (Sulfamic acid) modified electrodes was studied and a new method for the determination of vanillin was established. The study results showed that in pHospHate buffer solution (PBS)pH=5.0, the linear range for the determination of vanillin was from 2.40×10-6 to 6.61×10-5  mol/L and the limit of detection was 8.00×10-7mol/L. The modified electrodes demonstrated excellent sensitivity, selectivity and stability.The medthod was applied to the determination of vanillin with satisfactory results and will have a wider application prospect.
