艺术教育何以让儿童不快乐——当前儿童艺术教育现状调查研究


如今儿童艺术教育越来受到社会上的重视,这是一个可喜的事情。但在艺术教育的背后,却容易忽略了孩子的感受,许多孩子并不觉得这是一件快乐的事情,因此本研究通过家长和老师深入了解孩子不快乐的原因。本研究以杭州红缨幼儿园家长为调查对象,采用自制问卷结合个别访谈了解家长在导致幼儿在艺术教育学习的过程中不快乐原因,分析和总结了家长在教育目的,教育内容,教育组织和教育评价上的不足与建议,同时通过两位老师的案例分析结合访谈得知儿童艺术教育过程中老师这一重要因素,调查发现:有经验的老师不论是在内容,方法,形式上都略胜新老师一成。争对幼儿不快乐背后家长与老师各自所在的问题,本研究分别给家长和老师提出了相应的意见,希望能在最大程度上让孩子享受艺术教育的过程,让他们快乐感受艺术教育的乐趣。

  ABSTRACT
     Now children's art education is attracted more attention from the society, which is a pleasant thing. But behind the art education, it is easy to ignore the feelings of children, many kids don't think this is a happy thing. Through parents and teachers, this theory wants to study the reason why children are unhappy. Parents of Hangzhou Red Tassel Kindergarten as investigation object, this theory uses self-designed questionnaire combined with individual interviews to understand the parents in the process of leading to children's study in unhappy art education, analyzes and summarizes the parents’ shortages in the education objective, education content, education organizations and education evaluation and the suggestion. At the same time, through the case study of two teachers, combining with interview that in the process of children's art education that teachers is an important factor, the survey finds: experienced teachers are all better than new teachers in the content, method, form. For parents and teachers’s problems, this study respectively puts forward the corresponding advices, hopes to be able to, in the largest extent, let the children enjoy the process of art education, let them happy to enjoy the happiness of art education.
