刑事速裁程序的探索与完善
随着我国法治社会的建设和司法体制改革的深化,刑事速裁程序试点变革是新一轮司法体制变革的重要工作,也是完善刑事诉讼中强化人权司法保障的具体措施。2014年6月27日十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会决议授权最高人民法院、最高人民检察院在北京等18个城市依法有序开展刑事案件速裁程序试点工作。刑事速裁程序试行以来取得显著成效，提高了审理案件的效率，解决了案件挤压问题，促进了公平与正义等。但是也面临着审理案件的速度过快，案件适用范围过窄，当事人权益保障不完善等困扰，有待于进一步完善。

Exploration and Perfection of Criminal Speed Cutting Process
ABSTRACT：With the deepening of the construction of the rule of law in our country and the reform of the judicial system, the reform of the criminal procedure is an important task of the new round of reform of the judicial system, it is also a concrete measure to improve the judicial Protection of human rights in criminal cases. On June 27,2014,the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress decided to authorize the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate in Beijing and other 18cities in accordance with the law in an orderly manner to carry out criminal cases speed trial work. Significant results have been achieved since the trial of crimin alexpeditions, improve the efficiency of the trial case ,to solve the problem of squeezing the case, promote fairness and justice, and many more. But also faced with the trial of the case too fast, the scope of the case is too narrow, the parties to protect the rights and interests of imperfections ,to be further improved.
