医药商业企业基层员工的激励研究——以西安九州通医药有限公司为例


激励是企业管理中运用的重要工具,为了完善医药商业行业对于基层员工激励方法,提高医药商业企业在基层员工管理中的效率,本文通过调查问卷和访谈、文献阅读等方法收集了医药商业企业基层员工对于激励需求的相关数据,了解了其基层员工对于激励的需求状况,通过统计分析、方差分析的方法,深入分析了其基层员工的需求结构,以及不同个人背景变量特征对激励因素的需求的异同。其中,基层员工性别、年龄、学历、归属地、工作年限、所在部门、及年收入的个人背景对于薪酬福利、培训学习、技能晋升、公司前景、领导素质、人际关系、工作认可、能力发挥、工作兴趣等这些重要激励因素的需求呈现出较大差异。企业在在激励基层员工时,必须将基层员工分类,针对其具体群体,选择适当的激励方法。

Abstract:Motivation is a useful tool which used in company management. in order to ameliorate the medical business company’s excitation method for junior stuff, and improve the company’s management efficiency. This article collect some data that is interrelated with the junior stuff’s incentive demand by a series of ways like questionnaire method、interview and document reading method, it makes the state of junior stuff’s incentive demand become clear. Besides, through the statistical analysis and analysis of variance, this article deeply analysis the demanding structure of junior stuff, and the differences of junior stuffs’ incentive demand which caused by their variable characteristics of personal background. We found that the differences among some key elements of junior stuff’s personal background, for example, gender、age、educational level、work experience、department and annual income, can makes the demand of those important incentive factors, for example, pay and benefits, training and learning, skills promotion, company’s prospect, leader’s quality, interpersonal relationship, the job recognition, the working degree of freedom, and job interest, appear a distinct diversity. Therefore, when driving their junior stuffs, the enterprise must classify their junior stuff, and choose a correctly incentive method for a specific group.
