论中铁十七局项目的成本控制分析——以吉林市人民大剧院为例
在供给侧结构性改革的条件下，成本控制将会成为我国建筑业发展的重要环节。建筑的质量、外观没有太多的差距情况下，决定建筑市场的将会是价格。只有降低成本，价格才会降下来，在现如今残酷的市场竞争里，一个企业跟不上时代的发展必将面临倒闭。成本控制不光是能降低成本同时还能减少社会资源的浪费，所以成本控制将是今后建筑企业最重视的内容。

ON THE COST CONTROL ANALYSIS OF IN PROJECT
Abstract：Under the conditions of supply chain reform, cost control will become an important part of the development of China's construction industry. Without too many gaps in the quality and appearance of the building, it is decided that the construction market will be the price. Only by reducing costs, the price will come down, in today's cruel market competition, an enterprise can not keep up with the development of the times will face bankruptcy. Cost control can not only reduce the cost but also reduce the waste of social resources, so cost control will be the most important content of construction enterprises in the future.
