自媒体时代下公共舆论的引导


众所周知,当前是以媒体为核心的时代。在这个时代,手机、微博、微信等新的舆论载体,加快了信息传播速度,提高了公众参与能力,产生了巨大的舆论冲动,给政府社会管理带来不小难题。基于这样的背景,通过对媒体和舆论学理论,对中国当前的舆论传播进行研究,分析了公共舆论的社会影响因子,并提出一些策略上的见解,引导公众舆论。自媒体时代是一把双刃剑,一方面对公民通过网络表达、监督舆论积极参与公务,起着便捷的作用;另一方面,公众发表言论的主观程度和自由程度较高,因而谣言、虚假信息很容易形成继而扩散,给政府的舆论管理带来挑战。

The Guidance of Public Opinion Since The Media Age
ABSTRACT:As everyone knows, it is the core of the media era. In this era, mobile phone, micro-blog, WeChat and other new media carrier, accelerating the speed of information dissemination, improve the ability of public participation, public opinion has a great impulse to bring great challenges to the government's social management. Based on this background, through the media and public opinion the theory research in Chinese current public opinion, analysis of the current public opinion environment based on the analysis of the social impact of information of public opinion, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the strategy, to guide public opinion. The media is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, citizens actively participate in social affairs by Internet, The supervision of public opinion in the public sector, Chinese plays an important role in the political process. On the other hand, the subjective information, civilian and N network, including the management of public opinion rumors, false information challenges. Since the media era, public opinion to guide the situation should not be ignored, and actively improve the public opinion guide is an important item on the agenda.
