政府门户网站评价研究

电子政务的中心就是政府门户网站。政府门户网站对经济发展做出重大贡献。其公众满意度及建设现状对一个国家电子政务的发展具有非常重要的意义。几年来，我国政府门户网站建设水平不断提高，但在发展过程中过程中也出现了各种问题，如政府信息公开不及时不全面；用户体验较差；政府网上服务质量差反馈不及时等等。面临这些问题，整合政府信息，怎样提高网站用户满意度是网站建设者的当务之急。
本文选用了理论分析和实际应用相结合的方式，对政府门户网站进行评价研究。文章首先对政府门户网站进行概述。其次，将中外的政府门户网站的研究现状进行比较。第三，分析我国政府门户网站存在的不足。最后，根据我国政府门户网站存在的不足，提出门户网站建设意见。

Research on government portal evaluation
    ABSTRACT：The center of e-government rests in government portal, which has made a significant contribution to economic development. Its public satisfaction and level of development are of great significance to the development of a country's e-government. In recent years, despite the fact that the Chinese government portal website has improved significantly, many kinds of issues keep emerging as the e-government development process continues, typical problems include untimely disclosure of information, the lack of comprehensiveness in the news, poor user experience, unsatisfactory service quality, sluggish feedback etc.. Faced with these problems, it is urgent for government to channel official information in a more efficient way through the portals and invest more resources to improve user experience.In this paper, a combination of theoretical analysis and case study is used to evaluate the government portal website. Firstly, this essay outlines the general profile of government portal website. In the next part, the current situation of Chinese and foreign government portal websites are compared and contrasted by referring to the recent academic studies in this field. Thirdly, the shortcomings of government official websites are analyzed in details. Finally, based on the deficiency of our government portal website analyzed, recommendations are given as an effort to make the portal website better off.
