临沂市文化产业发展战略研究

文化产业是在经济全球化的背景下发展起来的一门新兴产业，被称之为“21世纪的最后一块暴利蛋糕”。伴随着社会经济发展，文化产业必将成为社会经济发展的一个新的增长亮点。展望未来，国家对文化产业大力支持的宏观政策环境不会改变，文化产业投融资高潮或将再现。文化与科技结合成为文化产业的发展主题，各地有望出台相关落地政策，促进新兴文化业态强势发展。本文首先探讨了临沂市发展文化产业的政策优势和自身资源优势，然后分析了发展策略，最后是解析本地成功的发展案例。

Abstract

The culture industry is a new industry developed in the context of economic globalization, which called "the last piece of profiteering cake in the 21st century ".Along with the socio-economic development, the culture industry is becoming a new highlights of the social and economic growth . This paper discusses the development of culture industry in Linyi City, and the advantages in the national policy and its advantages in resources. Then it analyses the development strategies and finally resolves the local cases of successful development.
