民营企业薪酬结构与激励分析


近年来,民营企业已经成为经济发展的一支重要力量,然后现行许多民营企业还存在诸多问题,主要表现在薪酬制度上,薪酬和激励措施是留住人才发展企业的关键。本文使用引入案例以及对一些财务指标进行分析的方法对于员工学历构成不同的两个成功的民营企业进行了案例分析,主要是对于它们的薪酬结构和激励措施进行研究,并把薪酬结构与激励措施和企业利润之间的相互关系进行了分析和总结,最终找出藏于这些成功企业背后优秀的企业文化,探讨关于职工薪酬与企业文化之间的相互影响力。得出的结论是,想要成为一个成功的企业,特别是对于众多的民营企业来说,需要一个独特的企业文化做引导,并且建立一套合理的人性化的薪酬体系也是必须的。

Incentive compensation structure analysis of  Private enterprise
Abstract :In recent years, private enterprises have become an important force of economic development, and at present, a number of private enterprises are still having many problems, mainly in the system of salary, compensation and incentives to retain talent is the key to the development of enterprises. Firstly, the salary structure for employees of private enterprises have been introduced. a system for staff qualifications is then composing two different successful private enterprises in the case analysis, mainly for their compensation structure and incentives to conduct research and put pay and corporate the relationship between profit facilities were analyzed. eventually, discovering these successful companies behind excellent corporate culture, come to a successful business requires a the unique corporate culture as guidance, to establish a humanized and reasonable compensation system is necessary for every company .
