国内图书馆评估指标体系研究
图书馆评估指标体系的制定，是图书馆服务质量评估活动的重要标准和依据。一个严谨的评估指标体系可以准确评估出图书馆的服务质量，也可以进一步提高图书馆的服务水平。本文对以资源建设为基础的评估指标体系、以读者服务为基础的评估指标体系、以图书馆效益为基础的评估指标体系三种常用评估体系进行研究，分析各个评估标准的具体内容。列举出现有图书馆评估指标体系的不足，最后提出在网络环境下针对读者服务的评估指标、文献资源建设的评估指标、设施建设的评估指标以及图书馆科学管理的评估指标这四个重要方面发展评估指标体系的建议。

Abstract
Library evaluation systems is an important standard and foundation for the library service quality assessment. A serious evaluation system can accurately assess the quality of services ,and it can also further enhance the library services.the paper studies threer common evaluation system of which are the evaluation system based on Construction of resource,the evaluation system based on the reader service , the evaluation system based on library benefit. analysing the specific meaning of each index.enumerating the lack of evaluation system.And finally proposing some advices about the evaluation index for reader service, the construction of literature resources evaluation indicators, assessment of facilities management indicators and the assessment of library science.
