公务员网络培训探析
公务员网络培训是公务员培训的方式之一，公务员培训主要是针对公务员初任培训、任职培训、专门业务培训、更新知识提高工作能力的培训等方面所进行的培训，而公务员网络培训是基于网络平台对公务员进行的培训。近年来由于网络的飞速发展，公务员网络培训在公务员培训中所占的比重逐渐增加，使公务员可以不受时间、空间和地域的限制灵活多样地学习。但同时网络学习的模式也面临着网络平台内容设置不统一、 网络学习监督不完善、网络培训学习效率不高、对网络培训的重要性认识不足的困境，这就需要我们采取相关的措施去进一步的完善。
