阳光国际货运天津分公司绩效管理问题研究

绩效管理是现代企业实现战略目标的重要工具,随着企业竞争的日益激烈,提高企业的绩效管理水平,增强企业的核心竞争力就显得尤为重要。由于绩效考核机制存在诸多不完善与不成熟之处,导致北京阳光国际货运有限公司绩效考核工作在实践上难以发挥其应有的作用。本文通过分析北京阳光国际货运有限公司的绩效考核工作及其存在的问题与缺陷,并提出了完善其工作的合理、可行的建议,进而完善整个公司人员的绩效考核机制。

ABSTRACT
Performance management is an important tool for modern enterprises to achieve strategic objectives, with the increasingly fierce competition in enterprises, improve the level of enterprise performance management, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is particularly important. Due to the existence of a lot of imperfect and immature performance appraisal mechanism, it is difficult to play its due role in the performance evaluation of Beijing Sunshine International Freight Co., ltd.. In this paper, through the analysis of Beijing Sunshine International Transportation Co., the company's performance appraisal and the problems and defects, and puts forward the improvement of the work of the reasonable and feasible suggestions, and then improve the whole company staff performance appraisal mechanism.
