ST集团资金管理存在问题及对策分析

当企业集团具有一定经济实力时,经营范围不断扩充,就会出现资金混乱以致于难以掌控的弊端。众所周知,有了充足的资金,才能保障企业集团运营顺畅,而对资金的管理,则是财务管理的中心。假如一个企业集团的日常资金随意开支,易发生资金周转困难,情况严重时企业集团被迫破产。因此,对资金的管理要引起高度重视。
本文由资金管理的基本内容、不同资金管理模式的特点对比展开详细论述,在此基础上,以一家电子产品企业集团——ST集团为对象进行个案分析,论述了该集团的基本情况,资金管理方式及存在的问题,并进行原因分析;最后,制定出一套以资金池为主要结构,其他资金管理制度辅助的优化方案。
通过实施该方案,一方面对ST集团内的子公司账户进行梳理,能实现资金在集团内部的统一整合和按需调配,有效地降低财务费用;另一方面集团总部实现对收支的集中控制,随时掌握资金的流向,强化了对子公司的控制管理。

Abstract

With the economic globalization, the scale of the enterprise group is more and more big, enterprise group fund scattered and lack of control of the growing problem of. Money, blood is often compared to the enterprise group, funds management is the core part of the enterprise group financial management. Problems if the capital management of an enterprise, its production and operation will be blocked, serious when will lead to bankruptcy. So money management is particularly important.
This article uses the theoretical analysis and case research method of combining, first for the basic theory of capital management, analysis of the characteristics of different capital management mode on detail, on this basis, to the electric power enterprise group - ST group for an object, expounds the present situation of group fund management and its existing problems, and carry on the reason analysis; Finally, taking the pool as the main management mode, assisted by other system optimization scheme.
By adopting the scheme, on the one hand, within the ST group, a subsidiary of the accounts to comb, can realize the cash within the group of on-demand allocate, effectively reduce the financial cost; On the other hand of the payment of centralized control, strengthening the control of subsidiaries.
