论诸葛亮的战术
纵观整个三国，可以看到战争所占的比重是相当大的，而诸葛亮这是刘备集团的智囊，几乎每次的战略部署都是由他了调配。从历次的战争中可以看到，孔明洞察人心，善用火攻，对敌方了如指掌心理战术发挥的淋漓尽致；从赤壁之战中看到信息的运用在战争中所起到的至关重要的作用；从北伐中可以管窥他攻防战术上的创新及谨慎。刘蜀之所以能够三足鼎立，归功于诸葛亮他知己知彼统筹全局的把握，对战争主动性的争取，以及审慎的性格。

Abstract
Throughout all the history of the kingdoms(220-265), we can see that the war make a certain proportion of it, while zhuGe liang is a military counsellor of the group of Liu Bei, and almost all the wars are charged by him. In addition, we can see from the wars that zhuGe liang is good at reading people’ minds, capitalizeing on the incendiary attacks, and knowing the enemy tactics well. And also we can see that the application the information make a key effect from the battle of the red cliff, the innovation and cautious of the attack-defense tactic from the northern expedition. The reasons Shu can make a key effect in the kingdom is that Zhu Ge liang can take the whole situation into account, compete for the initiative of the war and his prudential character.
