浙江中小企业融资现状及其发展对策

在我国经济的蓬勃发展建设过程当中，中小企业发挥着不可估量的巨大作用。但是，作为推动我国经济发展的重要引擎之一的中小企业的经营发展却一路坎坷，融资难问题成为了制约中小企业顺利发展的重要因素，这同时也严重制约我国整体经济的上涨。因此，如何解决融资困境，为中小企业营造一份良好的企业内外部环境是我们必须要研究的重要课题，使“烫手山芋”成功转变为“香饽饽”，推动我省乃至我国经济的迅猛发展。本文在充分了解浙江中小企业目前所处的融资环境，结合浙江特色并从浙江省中小企业的基本特点出发，通过中小企业、政府及金融等方面进行分析，根据相关政策提出有关解决中小企业融资难的建议。

Zhejiang Province SMEs Financing Status
and Development Countermeasures

Abstract：During the vigorous development of China's economy,the small and medium enterprises have brought an invaluable role. However, as important to promote China's economic development engine - the development of SMEs has been an easy road, the problem of financing has become an important factor restricting the development of SMEs. How to break this impasse, for SMEs to create a favorable external environment for enterprises is that we have to study the important issue,making this “hot potatoes” to “sweet bobo”,promoting the development of our country.Based on the understanding of the financing environment of SMEs and combine with the characteristics of SMEs in Zhejiang Province,we analyse from SMEs,government and financial enviroment ,then put forward suggestion and countermeasures.
