论行政强制执行及其完善
行政强制执行在我国的行政管理活动中占有重要地位，如果能够行使妥当，就可以令行禁止，维护良好的法治秩序；相反，如果行政机关不依法强制执行，很容易损害到行政相对人的合法权益，不利于行政机关树立良好的形象。因此，如何保证国家机关有效的行使行政强制执行权，维护公共利益与公共秩序，保障行政相对人的正当利益不受侵害显得尤为重要。本文主要通过三部分的内容对我国行政强制执行制度进行研究学习：第一部分为行政强制执行的基本概述，主要介绍的是行政强制执行的基本概念以及与相关概念的区别；第二部分为行政强制执行制度存在的问题，由此引出第三部分即完善行政强制执行制度的措施。希望通过本文的写作可以对更好的完善我国行政强制执行制度有所帮助。
