论我国社区管理模式创新

本文通过阐述社区管理模式的概念并且以及社区管理创新的必要性，结合国外国内的先进经验，从本国国情出发，从而提出符合我国社区健康发展的社区管理模式。本文提出了社区管理模式的创新必须符合一定的原则，主要包括因地制宜原则、以人物为本原则、权责分明原则和协调发展原则，并且描述了社区管理模式创新实现的六大途径，主要包括健全社区管理法律法规体系、适当引入市场机制、加强社区管理队伍建设、提升社区居民参与度以及扶持社区组织。
