社区居委会在社区管理中的角色定位

 随着我国经济体制转型和社会结构转变，城市基层社会组织也发生了许多新变化。居委会作为社会的细胞和城市的基层群众性自治组织，在社会变革中起着重要作用。但是，城市社区管理中也面临着许多新情况，我国城市社区居委会建设出现了严重的角色错位现象。本文明确了我国居委会的性质、地位和职能，讨论了城市居委会的发展现状，分析了居委会角色错位的原因，提出了解决角色定位异常的措施。

Community Neighborhood Committees Role In Community Management
   ABSTRACT:With the transformation of our economic system and social structure, many new changes have taken place in urban grassroots organizations. The neighborhood committee, as a social group of cells and cities, plays an important role in social change. However, there are many new situations in the urban community management, and the construction of the neighborhood committee of the urban community in our country has been severely mismatched. This article has been clear about the nature, status and functions of the our country residents' committees, discussed the current situation of the development of urban residents' committees, analyses the reasons of the dislocation of residents' committees, the role of abnormal measures were proposed.
