SAP在我国家电连锁零售企业中的应用研究

随着ERP的发展，使得家电零售企业应用SAP管理思想，提升企业竞争力，解决生存和发展问题成为可能。较之国外，国内企业应用SAP较晚，尤其是家电连锁零售企业，除了苏宁电器正在应用SAP之外几乎是空白。正因为如此，本文比较详细的研究了SAP的产生和发展情况，对SAP系统进行了综合的介绍，对我国家电连锁零售企业的产生和发展进行了研究，提出了企业的ERP需求，并且总结和设计出了SAP解决方案。然后，以苏宁电器SAP采购项目为例，对SAP解决方案在我国家电连锁零售企业的应用，进行了较为详细的研究。主要研究内容可分为以下几个部分：
首先，从ERP理论研究的角度，研究了SAP的产生和发展，对SAP的内涵进行详细的阐述；结合SAP系统功能、技术架构、实施方法三个方面，对SAP系统进行了详细的介绍。
接着，详细的研究了我国家电连锁零售企业的产生和发展情况，阐述了我国家电连锁零售企业的ERP应用现状，概括了企业的总体特点，并以此为基础，提出了我国家电连锁零售企业ERP的总体需求。
然后，结合我国家电零售企业ERP总体需求，对应用SAP的必要性和可行性进行了研究，对家电连锁零售企业解决方案的设计原则进行了阐述，并且从系统功能、技术架构两个方面，提出了解决方案。
在前述基础上，再以苏宁电器SAP采购项目为例，对我国家电连锁零售企业的SAP解决方案应用之路进行了探讨，从中还可以看出SAP作为世界上一种很有特色的ERP解决方案，能为家电连锁零售企业走出了一条成功应用ERP系统的道路。
最后，论文对家电零售企业的SAP解决方案进行了总结，并鉴于SAP应用领域正面临的新型模式变革，对SAP家电连锁零售企业解决方案提出进一步的探索。

Abstract
Reform and opening up, the Chinese electrical appliances for 30 years sales channels to change traditional, home appliance interlinks retail format, and this new rapid development. After joining WTO, home appliance interlinks retail enterprise also began to participate in the fierce international competition, Whether facing rapid development of management problems, or more cruel living environment, only USES the advanced management ideas and methods, and enhance their core competitiveness in the market, in order to survive and develop.
Along with the development of ERP, home appliance retailing enterprise application SAP management idea, promote an enterprise competition ability, solve the problem may be the survival and development. Compared to the foreign and domestic enterprises, especially the application of SAP late home appliance interlinks retail enterprise, besides SUNING is used outside SAP is almost blank. Because of this, this article compares detailed study of the origin and development of the SAP of SAP system, made a comprehensive introduction to China, home appliance interlinks retail enterprise's production and development, and proposes the enterprise ERP demand, and to summarize and designed a SAP solutions. Then, SUNING electric equipment procurement SAP project as an example, the SAP solutions in our home appliance interlinks retail enterprise applications, carried on a more detailed study. The main research contents can be divided into the following several parts:
First, from the perspective of the theory of ERP, research and development of SAP, the connotation of SAP. With SAP system function structure and implementing methods, three aspects of SAP system were introduced in detail.
Then, a detailed study of the Chinese home appliance interlinks retail enterprises producing and developing situation in China, this paper expounds the home appliance interlinks retail enterprise ERP application situation, summarizes the general characteristics of enterprises, and based on this, puts forward the Chinese home appliance interlinks retail enterprise ERP's overall demand.
Then, with China's household retail enterprise ERP application of overall demand, the necessity and feasibility of SAP was studied, the home appliance interlinks retail enterprise solution design principle is discussed, and the functions of the system, the technical framework two aspects, and puts forward the solution.
On the basis of SAP, SUNING appliances purchasing project as an example, the Chinese home appliance interlinks retail enterprise SAP solutions application was discussed, and the way of it still can see SAP as the world is a very distinctive ERP solutions for electrical appliances retail enterprise, a successful application of ERP system.
Finally, the paper on the appliance retailing enterprises SAP solutions are summarized, and the application fields are facing in the SAP of new models of SAP; home appliance interlinks retail business solutions to further exploration.
