动汽车行业进行海外投资的风险管理------对比亚迪汽车企业的研究报告
近些年来，比亚迪企业不仅仅通过合作、合资，更是以收购同行业的其他企业的方式尽可能的引进国内外的高新技术，通过不断学习创新来促使自己企业更好更快的发展，这也是比亚迪汽车企业不断进行海外投资的重要因素。而财务能力分析是可以对比亚迪企业经营状况做出准确评价的，而且通过对财务指标的分析，我们能够判断出该企业的经营能力及经济效益，并能对所透露出的一些问题进行探究，寻求解决的方法，以此来加强企业的管理能力。
文章通过对比亚迪企业在海外投资建厂事件为主要案例，通过SWOT分析和对比亚迪企业海外投资案例来对其进行财务能力分析，使企业管理者能够更加清楚的了解企业的财务状况、资产管理能力以及经营成果，从而帮助投资者在进行海外投资时能做出正确的决策。并且通过对财务能力的分析，期望企业的财务工作与管理工作相融合，以便于更好的解决企业在进行海外投资的过程中遇到的问题，进一步帮助管理者和投资者规划企业的发展蓝图，并进一步完善比亚迪企业的风险管理体系，了解风险管理存在的意义。

Analysis and financial capacity is to BYD situation make an accurate evaluation of enterprise management, and through the analysis of financial indicators, we can determine the enterprise the management ability and economic benefit, and to reveal some of the problems, to seek the solution, in order to strengthen enterprise management ability.
In this paper, through the events in BYD company established in overseas investment as the main case, enterprises overseas investment BYD case to carry on the financial capacity analysis, make the enterprise managers can more clearly understand the financial condition of enterprises, asset management capabilities and operating results, thus helping investors when making overseas investment can make the right decisions. And through the SWOT analysis and analysis of the financial capacity, expect enterprise financial work and the integration of management, in order to better solve the enterprise of the problems encountered in the process of investing abroad, further help managers and investors planning the development blueprint of the enterprise, and further perfect the BYD enterprise risk management system, understand the meaning of risk management existence..
