论我国收容教育制度

篇文章主体部分分为四章，第一章主要讲述了本篇文章的研究背景和意义，同时也讲述相应的研究方法和内容。第二章主要是从收容教育制度的概念、历史沿革、收容制度的法律性质和属性等方面总的概括收容教育制度，第三章讨论了收容教育制度存在的必要性，此制度不仅有利于打击惩戒违法行为、挽救感化违法者，而且还教育儆戒其他潜在违法者，并且对治疗疾病防治蔓延传播也是必要存在的。第四章分析了收容制度存在的问题并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施，在健全和完善收容教育制度方面做了一个法制思考，从社会治安管理的实践需要方面，制度和监管机制完善的程度方面提出了更加完善的思考。
随着社会经济的迅猛发展，国内所面临的各种形式的不法犯罪也层出不穷。因此国内法律体系的相关制度也在一步步细化并逐步完善。其总的趋势就是要做到依法治国，从严治国。而收容教育制度及相关法律规定的不规范所造成的模糊性,使得收容教育制度的存留成为国内学者们激烈争论的话题.本文诚然有些许观点失之偏颇，但本人成诚心希望通过此论文，在日后能为我国的收容教育体制的进一步完善和打击卖淫嫖娼斗争取得关键性的胜利提供一些有用的借鉴。

The Asylum Education System in China
                    Abstract

    This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter of this article mainly describes the research background and significance, but also about the research methods and content of the corresponding. The second chapter is mainly from the aspects of concept, asylum education system history, the legal nature of the asylum system and attribute the total sum of asylum education system, the third chapter discusses the necessity of the existence of asylum education system, this system is not only conducive to the fight against disciplinary violations, save the probation of offenders, but also other potential warning education offenders, and it is necessary to control the spread of disease treatment. The fourth chapter analyzes the asylum system problems and put forward corresponding measures to solve these problems, made a legal thinking on improving and perfecting the asylum education system, from the practice of social security management, and puts forward some thoughts of the more perfect degree system and supervision mechanism.
With the rapid development of social economy, China faces various forms of illegal crime also emerge in an endless stream. The system of domestic legal system is also a step by step to refine and perfect gradually. The general trend is to achieve the rule of law, strict rule. A fuzzy caused by the provisions of the education system and related laws are not standardized, the asylum education system to become the domestic scholars remain the subject of intense debate. This indeed somewhat biased view, but I made a sincere hope that through this paper, further improve the fight against prostitution and struggle to provide some useful reference the key to future victory for China's asylum education system.
