论我国夫妻共同财产制度的变迁

本篇文章分为四段，以我国夫妻共同财产制度的变迁为研究对象，阐述了夫妻共同财产制度从我国封建时期到现如今当代社会相关规定的发展和变迁。本篇文章通过对夫妻财产制度的重要性进行了综合的分析。首先阐述了夫妻共同财产制度的概念，然后先从我国封建时期，民国时期以及对夫妻双方财产的权利规定，然后到新中国成立之后颁布的婚姻法中出台了相对平等的财产制度，最后到现如今我国经过时代的进步和多年的司法实践之后，结合我国现在的国情所制定出的婚姻法中对夫妻共同财产制度的完善和对妇女权利充分的保护。

On the Transition of Jointly Owned Property

Abstract

This article is divided into four sections, with changes of common property regimes couples for the study, described the couple's joint property system from China's feudal period to now the relevant provisions of the development and changes in contemporary society. This article by the importance of the marital property regime to conduct a comprehensive analysis. First elaborated the concept of jointly owned property system, and then start with China's feudal period, the Republic of China as well as the rights of both husband and wife property provisions, and until after the founding of New China promulgated the Marriage Law introduced a relatively equal property system, and finally to now after many years of legal practice and progress of the times, combined with China's national conditions now worked out perfect marriage between husband and wife common property system and full protection of women's rights.
