Abstract

In the process of continuous development in the hotel industry, the development of enterprises in order to be successful, to get good results, corporate management is particularly important. This paper begins by describing the current developing situation of the hotel industry, and leads to the Hilton Hotel Group, as an example, from strategic management, down to staff management, marketing management, marketing management and cultural management in order to understand this international, global chain of this five-star hotels. But also to explain the current situation in the economic development of all aspects of the management of the industry's influence and importance. Ultimately, the paper explains how Hilton become a group with more than 500 Hilton brand hotels, and make millions of dollars in profits, ranks the world's largest and top hotel .
