Abstract
Royal Dutch Shell is the largest international monopoly in the oil field around the world and one of the most profitable joint venture companies among the top 500 companies in the world. Shell is famous for its new corporate culture, efficient business philosophy. These features have enhanced the competitiveness of the enterprise, which is recognized as the "Shell Mode". The paper will start with the background and development of the Shell Company and try to analyze its business model. Through the analysis of the "HSE" management model, its innovation and its rigorous corporate culture.  Chinese oil industries obtain some successful experience from the Shell's corporate business model.
