该论文集中分析了甲骨文公司创新性企业文化,例如甲骨文公司著名的3-S原则:创新性,特殊性,标准性,为了更好地支撑这一主题,首先对公司创立者和公司做一简介;另外,论文在文献回顾环节,把前人对甲骨文公司的研究做了简要的概括和总结;然后对甲骨文公司的企业文化加以分析;再次着力分析甲骨文公司创新性的企业文化;最后部分为结论,正是这些创新性的企业文化使甲骨文公司成为软件行业的领导者。

Abstract
This present paper concentrates on an analysis of Oracle innovational corporate culture such as the famous 3-S principles strateg :Innovation ability, Specialization ability, Standardizationability. In order to support this the theory. First,it gives a brief introduction to both Oracle’s founder and the corporation itself. The article also mentions the previous studies concerning the issue of Oracle and the remaining problems in the same issue.  Then the thesis introduce the corporate culture and presents the innovational Corporate Culture .Finally , it is the conclusion, these innovational  corporate  cultures make the Oracle to be the winner in softwarebusiness for many years.
