基于哈佛分析框架的公司财务报表分析财务报表提供企业经济活动的最全面数据，财务报表分析则是通过会计报告中的各项数据，对企业的财务状况进行综合比较和评价，让报表使用者依靠分析结果来评估企业的综合能力，更好地了解企业的经营活动和财务状况。然而传统的财务报表分析，只是使用盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力和发展能力等各项财务指标对企业财务报表进行分析，并没有分析企业所处宏观经济环境和经营战略。本论文以西南证券股份有限公司为对象，运用“哈佛分析框架”理论，将定性分析和定量分析方法相结合，通过企业战略分析、会计分析、财务分析和前景分析，深入阐述其财务报表，由此揭示了其经营过程中存在的问题，并对此提出了改进的对策措施，希望对其经营有一定的借鉴。

Analysis of the financial statements of the company based on the Harvard analysis framework
Abstract：In the financial statements provide the most comprehensive data, financial statement analysis is through the accounting reports of the data, the comprehensive comparison and evaluation of enterprise financial situation, make report users rely on the results of the analysis to evaluate the comprehensive ability of the enterprise, a better understanding of the business activities of enterprises and financial conditions. Traditional financial statement analysis, however, only use the ability of the financial indicators analysis of corporate financial statements, and no analysis of the macro economic environment and business enterprise management strategy. This thesis focuses on the subject of southwest securities co., LTD., on the basis of the theory of "Harvard analysis framework", uniting methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, further elaborated its financial statements, which reveals the problems existing in the management process, and put forward the improvement measures, hope as a reference to its business.
