我国企业财务管理存在问题及对策——以苏宁云商为例

目前，我国不少企业的财务管理现状欠佳，未能充分发挥应有的财务管理优化配置作用。本文以苏宁云商为例，选取2006-2015年的相关财务数据，运用比率分析法从财务人员配置、融资管理、投资管理及运营资产管理等四个方面分析企业财务管理现状，获悉苏宁云商家族式管理思维束缚、融资方式单一、投资管理理念缺失及缺乏健全的资产管理机制等财务管理问题，影响到苏宁云商的财务管理体制、融资管理能力、投资管理能力及运营资产管理能力，进而提出完善苏宁云商财务管理的对策。

Abstract: At present, our country many enterprise financial management status, poor failed to give full play to the optimal allocation of the financial management function. Based on Su Ningyun business as an example, this paper selected the relevant financial data from 2006 to 2015, using ratio analysis from financial staffing, financial management, investment management and operating assets management and so on four aspects, analyze the present situation of enterprise financial management has learned Su Ningyun merchant family management thinking bondage, financing a single, lack of investment management and financial management problems such as lack of a sound asset management mechanism, to affect Su Ningyun business financial management system, finance management, investment management and asset management capabilities, then improve Su Ningyun business financial management countermeasures are put forward.
