企业赊销风险的成因及防范对策

随着我国加入世界贸易组织社会市场经济的飞速发展,企业为了能够在有限的市场经济范围占有一席之地,使用一种建立在信用基础上进行的买卖销售方式——赊销。在当今社会,赊销已经成为企业应对市场经济激烈竞争的最有效也是最广泛的一种促销手段。赊销能够很大程度上吸引顾客厂家,增加企业市场份额,降低库存量,提高销售业绩。但赊销是一把双刃剑,给企业带来了利润同时也带来了风险。本文章是通过分析我国企业赊销风险的含义、影响及赊销风险产生的原因着手,对企业防范赊销风险提出相应的改革方案。

Abstract

Along with our country joining the world trade organization (WTO)the rapid development of social market economy, enterprises in order to be able to place in a limited scope of the market economy, using a kind of based on credit business sales - sell on credit.In today's society, credit has become the enterprises to cope with the intense competition of the market economy one of the most effective also the most widely promotion.Sell on credit to a large extent, attract customers, increase market share, reduce inventory, improve sales performance.If there is a double-edged sword, brings to the enterprise profit also carries risks.This article is based on the analysis of the meaning of enterprise credit risk in our country, influence, and the causes of credit risk to guard against credit risks of the enterprise put forward the corresponding reform.
