关于菏泽市牡丹区新型农村社区建设的思考

自2006年十六届六中全会讨论通过《关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重要问题的决定》首次明确提出“农村社区”以来，农村社区建设问题日益受到人们的重视,全国范围内将新型农村社区建设与正在进行的社会主义新农村建设结合起来，农村面貌得到了有效改善。结合菏泽市牡丹区新型农村社区建设的社会背景，通过对牡丹区新型农村社区建设情况的调查研究，总结其所取得的成绩，对其存在的困难和问题进行分析，并提出新型农村社区建设的建议，以期为该区新型农村社区建设、农村改革创新、改善农民生活条件提供一些有益的借鉴。

The Thinking of the New Rural Community Construction in Mudan District, Heze City
 
Abstract: Since the word “rural community” was firstly and clearly put forward in About Some Important Problems in Building A Harmonious Socialist Society's Decision, passed after discussion by the Sixth plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee held in 2006, people paid increasingly more attention to the rural community construction. With the combination of new rural community construction and on-going new socialist countryside construction, the rural areas has improved effectively. With new rural community construction in Mudan District, Heze City as the social background, some achievements are summarized after research, existing difficulties and problems are analyzed, and then some suggestions are put forward in order to provide some useful reference for its new rural community construction, rural reform and innovation as well as improving rural citizens’ living conditions.
