介孔分子筛SBA-15负载Ni/Ce/Mo的合成和表征通过水热法合成了SBA-15的介孔材料,利用浸渍法将金属Ni和Mo、Ce引入到SBA-15介孔分子筛的骨架上,合成了不同的镍基催化剂。保持12.5 % Ni( 质量百分比)的负载量不变,改变负载金属Mo、Ce的含量,合成了含Mo量分别为10%,15%,20% 的Ni/Mo/SBA-15双金属催化剂和含Ce量分别为10%,15%,20% 的Ni/Ce/SBA-15双金属催化剂,通过XRD、FTIR、SEM、BET等手段对负载型金属催化剂进行表征分析。结果表明:Mo、Ce分别和Ni物种进入SBA-15分子筛的骨架,将它作为催化剂载体,改变了分子筛孔道中孔直径的尺寸,掺杂Ni、Mo/Ce活性组分的催化剂孔尺寸均匀且惟一,是典型的介孔结构。金属进入载体SBA-15分子筛后,一部分分布在孔壁表面,一部分自然分散在分子筛孔道中,使 SBA-15分子筛的活性发生了改变。

Synthesis and Characterization of Mesoporous Molecular Sieves SBA-15 Load Ni-Ce/Mo
Abstract: The mesoporous materials of SBA-15 were synthesized by hydrothermal method and different nickel-based catalysts were synthesized by dipping method and the metal Ni and Mo and Ce were introduced into the skeleton of SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve. Maintain the 12.5% Ni (mass percentage) the amount of load unchanged, change the load metal Mo, Ce content, synthesized with Mo content of 10%,15%,20% Ni/Mo/SBA-15 bimetal catalyst and containing Ce, respectively for 10%,15%,20% double metal catalyst, Via XRD, FTIR, SEM, BET and other supported metal catalysts were characterized by means of analysis. The results showed that Mo, Ce respectively and Ni species enter the skeleton of the SBA-15 molecular sieve, as catalyst carrier, and changes the size of hole diameter in zeolite pore, doping Ni, Mo/Ce catalyst for uniform hole size and the only active component, is typical of the pore structure, metal enters the carrier SBA-15 molecular Sieve, the part distributes on the hole wall surface, the part naturally scattered in the molecular sieve pore, causes the SBA-15 molecular sieve activity to have changed.
