平板输送摩擦纺试验机试验性能改进研究

摩擦纺作为一种高效的纺纱方法在近四十年得到快速发展,但其成纱质量参数的局限性限制了它的应用。为提高摩擦纺的纺纱质量,各国研究人员对摩擦纺织机械的纤维输送凝聚机构进行了研究改进,如菲勒公司的DREFⅡ、DREFⅢ、英国的Masterspinner、国产的FS2等,他们或是从输纤的速度着手,或是输纤角度或方向,但取得的效果都不甚理想。为使摩擦纺能纺出更高支高质的纱线,王军超、陈国华等研究人员以一种新的思路,发明了一种基于“曲线传送”及“平行凝聚”的输送装置,而且最终取得了良好的效果。论文即对基于这个原理的平板输送试验机的传动机构试验性能进行了研究,认为其在试验性能方面还需要改进。同时还对各种无级变速器的性能进行了对比分析,最终选择一种适合本试验机的型号类型,并给出了安装的设计方案以及使用维护建议。

Abstract
Friction spinning as an efficient spinning methods have developed rapidly in the past forty years, but the limitations of the yarn quality parameters to limit its application.
