服务行业从业人员的工作价值观与工作绩效关系研究

【内容摘要】

服务行业从业人员的工作价值观与工作绩效关系研究随着我国经济的快速增长,服务行业在经济发展中的地位日益凸显,而服务行业的服务质量也受到广泛关注。与此同时,服务行业从业人员的工作绩效也一直为管理者所重视,影响工作绩效的因素众多,其中,员工的工作价值观对工作绩效的影响也一直为学者所关注。本文在借鉴相关理论综述的基础上提出了研究假设,并以深圳、成都、兰州等地的服务行业从业人员为研究样本进行数据分析,并运用相关与回归分析方法分析了员工工作价值观与工作绩效的关系。研究发现,服务行业从业人员的工作价值观与其工作绩效间存在显著相关,并能在一定程度上预测工作绩效。

The Relationship Between Work Value and Job Performance:A Case of Employees from Service Trade.
 
【Abstract】 With China's rapid economic growth, the service sector has become increasingly prominent position in economic development, seivice quality also has been taken seriously.At the same time, managers has always paid more attention to the job performance of employees in service industry.Even though there are various factors affecting job performance, employees' work values on job performance has also attracted the scholars. This study with the sample of employees in service trade, trys to examine the relationship between work value and job performance by using correlation and regression analysis. Form the study,It’s found that significant correlation exists between the work values of employees and their job performance in service industries, and to some extent, predict job performance.
