职业女性工作家庭冲突与工作满意度的关系研究

随着中国改革开放以及妇女解放运动的发展，越来越多的女性从家庭角色中解放出来进入职场，获得个人独立与他人的尊重。如今，在社会的劳动力大军中，女性撑起了半边天，无论是在政府机关，还是在众多企业中，女性员工的比例越来越大，占着举足轻重的作用。然而，由于中国传统文化的影响，许多职业女性在努力工作的同时也必须承担绝大部分的家庭责任，这种情况导致职业女性容易身心疲惫，无法平衡好工作和家庭的关系。越来越多的管理者意识到女性员工的工作家庭冲突会影响到她们工作的效率、质量以及工作满意度等方面，从而影响相关单位的利益。因此，本研究以深圳地区的职业女性为研究对象，根据问卷调查回收到的数据，通过运用SPSS19.0软件分析职业女性工作家庭冲突与工作满意度的关系，并验证本文所提出的研究假设，最后，提出本文的结论，认为工作家庭冲突与工作满意度存在负相关关系，同时提出相应的对策来缓解职业女性的工作家庭冲突，提高她们的工作满意度。

【Abstract】 With China's reform and opening up and the development of the women's liberation movement, more and more women are freed from family roles into the workplace, access to personal independence and respect for others. Now, women hold up half the sky in the labor force of society, whether in government, or in many enterprises, the proportion of women workers is more and more big, and they occupied a pivotal role. However, due to the influence of Chinese traditional culture, many professional women is in hard work and at the same time they must assume most of the family responsibility, which led to professional women more prone to mental and physical exhaustion and unable to balance work and family relations. More and more managers realize that the female employees who suffer the work-family conflict will affect their work efficiency, quality and job satisfaction and so on , which affect the interests of the relevant units. Therefore, this study thinks professional women in shenzhen as the research object, according to the survey of recycled to the data, through the use SPSS19.0 software analysis professional women work the family conflict and job satisfaction relationship, and verifies the hypothesis. Finally,this study puts forward the conclusion that the work family conflict and job satisfaction is negatively related relationship, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures to ease professional women work the family conflict and improve their job satisfaction.
