高校毕业生职业初期组织支持感与工作倦怠的关系研究

【内容摘要】

高校毕业生职业初期组织支持感与工作倦怠的关系研究如今,教育事业快速发展,职业初期的高校毕业生作为特殊团体,要求企业雇主必须重新认识到“员工——组织”关系,及时了解高校毕业生的组织支持感对工作倦怠程度的影响对企业日益重要。本文通过实证研究,采用问卷法以及文献阅读探讨高校毕业生职业初期组织支持感和工作支持、价值认同及利益关心三个维度与工作倦怠的关系,结果表明高校毕业生职业初期的组织支持感及三个维度与工作倦怠呈显著的负相关关系,基于研究,笔者提出关于组织与个人预防和消除工作倦怠的建议。

An Empirical Study of college graduates on the relationship between the perceived organizational support and job burnout in early career
 
【Abstract】Nowadays education is developing rapidly, employers must re-recognize “employee – organization”relationship because of the early career college graduates is a special group. Keep abreast of the college graduates' perceived organizational support on degree of job burnout  is increasingly important to the enterprise. In this study, Through the empirical research I used the methods of questionnaire and literature review to explore the college graduates on the relationship between the perceived organizational support and job burnout, the relationship between the three dimensions of POS and job burnout in early career. Result shows that organizational support as well as its three dimensions all have a strong negative correlation with job burnout. As a basis, I have proposed to prevent and eliminat the job burnout of organizations and individuals of a number of recommendations.
