转业军人职业角色转换与工作绩效关系的研究


职业角色转换是人力资源管理中的一个重要构成部分。研究转业军人职业角色转换和工作绩效之间的关系,可以帮助我们了解他们的职业角色转换现状,预测他们的工作绩效水平,并为企业增强人力资源管理提供理论依据和指导,因而具有极大的理论价值和实践意义。本文在总结以往有关职业角色转换与工作绩效研究的基础上,构建了转业军人职业角色转换对工作绩效的影响模型,并提出了相关的理论假设。通过问卷调查和SPSS统计分析软件对调查数据进行了方差分析、相关分析和回归分析,结果表明:工作方式适应性、工作喜爱度和规章制度了解度对任务绩效有显著的影响;工作方式适应性和工作喜爱度对关系绩效有显著的影响;不同个性特征的转业军人在职业角色转换与工作绩效各维度上表现出一定的差异性。依据研究结果,本文对未来研究进行展望,同时就如何加快转业军人的职业角色转换提出了一些建议,期望能推动我国转业军人工作绩效水平的提高。

An Empirical Study of Relationship between   Demobilized Soldiers’ Professional Role Transform and Work Performance
 
【Abstract】Professional role transform, an important concept in human resource management(HRM).Studying the relationship between Demobilized Soldiers’ Professional Role Transform and Work Performance helps us to realize their status quo in pronfessional role transform,to forcast their job performance,as well as to provide theoretical bases and guidance for enterprises’ human resource management.Therefore,it is of profound theoretical value and practical significance.Based on a review of previous studies in this respect,this thesis constructs the influence model of Demobilized Soldiers’ Professiona Role Transform on job performance and advances the relevant theoretical hypothesis.After questionnaire survey,the statistics is processed with SPSS for analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results show that working way adaptability,working likability,the degree of understanding rules and regulations have significant influence on task performance,and the working way adaptability,working likability have a similar effect on contextual performance.Moreover,demobilized soldiers with different characters vary to some extent in professional role transform and several dimensions of job performance.With the above research findings,the thesis looks ahead to future studies in this field and presents some suggestions on how to accelerate the professional role transform of demobilized soldiers,in the hope of improving their job performance.
