美国高校图书馆读者服务现状调查报告

通过对美国大学图书馆读者服务方式的研究，参照美国大学图书馆的先进理念和成熟经验，探索出符合我国国情与馆情的服务规则，以便于我国高校图书馆更好地为读者服务。对进入2012美国高校综合排名表前50所高校图书馆网站进行调研，通过表格陈述了所调查高校图书馆所提供的服务项目的基本情况，概括了美国高校图书馆的读者服务理念、环境建设及信息资源建设现状，同时从图书馆的学科信息资源导航、参考咨询、科技查新、馆际互借、读者培训、个性化及残障人士等服务形式进行重点讨论和实例分析，总结了美国高校图书馆服务现状特点，报告了我国高校图书馆的服务现状，并提出了我国高校图书馆进行培植服务文化、加强人文关怀，开展全方位信息共享，应用高新信息技术创新服务内容及服务方式，强化研究指导服务、使咨询服务科研化等几点启示。

ABSTRACT
Through the study of American university library reader service way, explore the right service rules for the current library situation and our national conditions through the advanced ideas and the ripe experiences of American university libraries, in order to improve the service for readers in university libraries in China. With the result of researching about the top 50 universities library website, according to the 2012 American colleges comprehensive ranking, states the basic situation of the library services provided by the researched universities by forms, generalizes the university library service concept and the present situation of information resource construction and environment construction, focuses on discussion and analysis of subject information navigation, reference and consulting, science and technology novelty search, interlibrary loan, the training of the readers, personalized service, service for disabled, and other forms of service with examples, summarizes the present situation of American university library service characteristics, reports the present situation of the national university library service by relevant literature and puts forward some enlightenments to university libraries in China，such as“cultivating culture of service and strengthening the humanistic care”, “carrying out all-round information sharing”, “innovating service content and service mode with high and new information technology”,“strengthening research guidance services, and making the consulting services more scientific”, and so on.
