狄更斯人文精神在大卫·科波菲尔的体现 Dickens’ Humanism Embodied in David Copperfield
Abstract David Copperfield, an autobiographical novel, is well known as the representative work of Charles Dickens, the greatest novelist in the Victorian period. In the novel, the author reflects his humanism spirit through the depiction of the people characters. This thesis mainly discusses the connotation of humanism to show the humanism spirit through the analysis of the main characters in the novel. The connotation of Dickens’s humanism spirit refers to “benevolence” and “forgiveness” “respect” and “equality”, “fraternity”. At the same time, the humanism spirit gives the inspiration of our life.

摘要:《大卫•科波菲尔》是维多利亚时期最杰出的批判现实主义作家查尔斯•狄更斯的自传体小说。在这部小说中，作者通过对作品中人物形象的描写，体现了他的人道主义精神。本文从人道主义的内涵入手，通过对小说中主要人物的性格分析，揭示小说中所体现的人道主义精神内涵，即“仁爱”“宽恕”的精神，“尊重”“平等”“博爱”的宗旨，同时给了我们人生的启迪。
