非英语专业学生英语学习焦虑调查研究

20世纪70年代以后，国内外的外语教学研究者开始关注情感因素对语言学习的影响，他们发现学习焦虑是影响外语学习效果的重要因素。国内外学者对这一影响语言学习的情感因素做了不少研究，主要对焦虑做出了定义，进行了分类，更重要的是对焦虑与外语学习的关系进行了研究。但以上研究大多采用单一的定量研究方法，缺乏与定性数据的结合。
   通过对菏泽学院100名在校非英语专业大学生,进行问卷调查以及访谈,对以下三个问题进行研究：1.非英语专业大学生的英语学习焦虑的整体情况，以及他们在Horwitz (1986)设计的FLCAS五个维度的分布情况是什么？ 2.非英语专业大学生英语焦虑是否存在性别差异？3.影响非英语专业英语学习焦虑的因素有哪些？根据SPSS13.0统计软件对调查的数据进行分析，结合访谈,表明:1.非英语专业学生确实存在英语学习焦虑现象，焦虑值高的主要是考试焦虑和交际焦虑。2.男女英语学习焦虑不存在显著性差异。

 On Non-English Majors’ English Learning Anxiety

               
Abstract: Since 1970s, research both at home and abroad have paid attention to affective factors on language learners, and they find anxiety is an important factor influencing the result. The researchers both at home and abroad have done a lot of studies on this emotional element that influences language study, which mainly focus on the definition, classification, and more importantly, its relationship with foreign language learning. However, single quantitative research method was used in the past, lacking of the combination with qualitative data.
 Based on the data got from a questionnaire survey and an interview of a total of 100 non-English majors from Heze University, the three questions have been studied. The first is that the whole picture of non-English majors’ English learning anxiety and distribution of the five factors included in the questionnaire. The second is that if there exists differences between males and females. The third is that what the influencing factors of non-English majors English learning anxiety. Based on the data conducted by using SPSS13.0 and combining with the interview, the results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1.There exist English learning anxiety among the non-English majors, test anxiety and communication apprehension in particular. 2. There are no obvious differences between males and females.
