南京四季大通农业发展有限公司新员工培训存在的问题及对策研究


企业的新员工入职的第一个环节即是新员工的相关知识技能培训,这种培训就是通常的岗前培训,企业聘用的人员在进入企业之前是社会人员,当进入企业以后企业需要通过培训将他们变成合格的员工,通过新员工的培训还可以让新进的企业人员很好的认识公司与同事,更加快速与有效的融入到企业这个集体当中。
因此本文首先对新员工培训的相关理论做了介绍,然后通过南京四季大通农业发展有限公司进行问卷调查,详细制定了问卷内容,并且对问卷的调查结果进行细致的分析,从调查结果中找到公司现存新员工培训的问题,并且整理问卷结果,给予公司解决问题的相关对策,希望对南京四季大通农业发展有限公司具有一定的借鉴作用。

New Staff Training Problems and Countermeasures in Nanjing Four Seasons Datong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.

Abstract:The on-job training for new employees is the first link for employees to enter the company. It is also known as pre-job training. It is a process in which a company converts hired employees from a social person to a corporate person. It is also a process in which employees are integrated from one group to another. This is the process in which employees change their roles.
Therefore, this article first introduced the relevant theories of new employee training, and then conducted a questionnaire survey through Nanjing Four Seasons Datong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., detailedly formulated the questionnaire content, and conducted detailed analysis of the survey results of the questionnaire, and found the company from the survey results. The existing training of new employees, and the results of the questionnaire, to give the company related solutions to the problem, hope to Nanjing Four Seasons Datong Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. has a certain reference.
