中小企业新型筹资方式探究—以宿州市A公司为例

在确保国民经济稳步发展下、有效缓解社会的就业压力等方面中小企业都有重要作用。中小企业的发展有着越来越不可代替的作用。筹资的困境问题在中小企业的发展是却越来越突出的，由于筹资缺口逐渐增加，中小企业持续发展的主要问题是筹资。本文关于我国中小企业实际存在的的筹资困境问题，结合宿州市A公司进行个案分析，分别从筹资的理论基础、公司的现状分析、有效的解决方法等方面作了具体的论述，叙述可供筹资的渠道，提出了合理的筹资建议。

Research On New Types Of Fundraising For SMEs—A Case Study Of A Company In Suzhou City

Abstract: It play an increasingly irreplaceable role in terms of ensuring steady the development of the national economy and alleviating the employment pressure of the society .The difficulty of financing is becoming more and more prominent in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the increasing funding gap, the key issue of sustainable development of smes is financing. For the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises exist in our country,  this text made the detailed elaboration combining suzhou city through the case analysis of A company respectively ，from terms of the theoretical basis of financing, the company's present situation analysis, the effective solution and so on.Besides，it talked about for financing channels and methods and puts forward the  reasonable financing advice.
