拼多多盈利模式分析

21世纪互联网技术高速发展,电子商务的发展渗透到了我们生活的方方面面, B2C电子商务在我国的发展势头猛劲,不断开拓现有市场规模。本文介绍了盈利模式的定义,分类。拼多多是中国最新的B2C电子商务公司之一。通过对盈利模式五要素的分析,并运用文献调查法,比较研究法,归纳总结法等,重点研究国内B2C公司拼多多的盈利模式。分析其商务模式、信用体系、商品类别、经营模式发展的优势与问题。低价是拼多多的制胜利器,但也深受其害。便宜没好货是我们的一个固有价值观,同时由于低价造成的商品质量差受到消费者投诉,阿里巴巴见其发展速度迅速还利用这点打压它。且其利润屏障也不是不可复制,生存发展需要转型升级。首先要解决的就是产品质量问题,消费观念的转变,体现在对劣质商品的深恶痛绝;其次做好转型升级,结合当下电商发展的新方向新零售,向这方面转型升级企业架构,为公司经营策略提供合理化建议。为其他类似公司提供参考资料。

Profit model analysis of Pinduoduo

Abstract:In the 21st century, the rapid development of Internet technology, the development of e-commerce has penetrated into all aspects of our lives, B2C e-commerce in China's development momentum is vigorous, and constantly open up the existing market size. This article describes the definition and classification of profit models. Pinduoduo is one of the newest B2C e-commerce companies in China. Through the analysis of the five elements of the profit model and the use of literature surveys, comparative research methods, inductive summaries, etc., the focus is on the profitability model of domestic B2C companies. Analyze the advantages and problems of its credit system, product category, and business model development. The low price is a system to win many players, but it also suffers. It is our inherent value that cheap goods are not good. At the same time, due to the low quality of the goods caused by consumer complaints, Alibaba.com sees its rapid development and uses this to suppress it. And its profit barrier is not irreproducible, and survival and development require transformation and upgrading. The first thing to be solved is the change in product quality and consumer attitudes, which is reflected in the abhorrence of poor quality products; secondly, it must be successful in transformation and upgrading, combined with the new direction of new e-commerce business development, and transform and upgrade the corporate structure in this area, to manage the company. Strategy provides rationalization advice. Provide reference materials for other similar companies.
