【内容摘要】

利用工业电石渣合成硬硅酸钙石

对安徽华塑股份有限公司电石厂的废弃物电石渣进行了电石渣的放射性元素分析、X射线衍射仪分析、差热热重分析和粒度分析。采用国标GB176-87《水泥化学分析方法》的分析方法对电石渣的成分进行了分析。结果表明电石渣中的放射性元素含量符合国家标准,能够成为制备硅酸钙石的原料;电石渣具有的Al2O3含量较低,主要成分为Ca(OH)2,且不含碳酸钙,颗粒粒度均匀较细,不易团聚等特点为合成硬硅酸钙石的工艺技术路线提供了可能。通过对电石渣添加硅灰已提供硅源、添加莫来石和玻璃纤维增强剂等材料,采用超声改性和成型压力控制制备了环保隔热型硅酸钙石隔热材料。结果表明,在添加一定量的硅灰、莫来石和玻璃纤维后,超声改性电石渣的时间越长,压模成型的压力越大,环保隔热型保温材料的耐火极限越高。

Synthesis of calcium silicate from industrial carbide slag

Abstract:Carbide slag from Anhui Hwasu co., LTD were characterized by radioactive element analysis, Xray diffraction, scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetric analysis, and particle size analyzer. The element content of acetylene sludge were also analysis by GB method. The result shows that the radioactive elements of carbide slag are lower than GB criterion and is very safety for the raw material to prepare calcium silicate. Some feature, such as the lower Al2O3 content, the finer particles, the higher Ca(OH)2 content and contain trace amounts of calcium carbonate, are benefit for preparing heat-insulated material. Results show that: the carbide slag is composed of a number of very fine particles, the main chemical composition is Ca (OH) 2 can be used as raw material for synthetic hard afwillite calcium. Moreover, ultrasonic treatment time longer, molding pressure, the insulation material of refractory limit is high.
