基于教师专业化理论的数学师范学生教学能力的培养策略

现代数学不仅涉及社会、经济、文化等多方面的发展在很多地方它的应用性都非常多,至此,数学教育的发展将影响社会前进的方向,数学的传承降临在一批批师范学生的肩膀上,那么师范学生的教学能力的培养就是其中最重要的了,但从现状看来,很多师范类院校对其数学师范生学教学能力的培养还未重视,甚至都不管,即便是有多关注的,也是偏重理论性的而不重视学生的实践性训练。有些学校开设了这种训练课程就像微格训练,但好多老师和学生也不重视,走马观花的就结束了,导致最重要的环节缺失。为了防止这种现象的再度恶化,加强数学师范学生的能力的培养就非常紧迫了。本文将进行整体的探讨,首先,介绍专业化对师范生的总体看法,对他们专业品质的看法和加强课程实践性的需求。其次,分析数学理论课程的功能地位,包括专业基础课、中学指导类课程、实践技能培养类课程。最后,将阐述如何养成数学专业学生的教学能力,包含四方面的内容,这也是培养数学师范生必不可少的内容。

Abstract

Modern mathematics not only relates to the development of many aspects of society, economy, culture and so on in many parts of the application of it are very much, Thus, the development of mathematics education will influence the direction of social progress, the mathematical heritage come in a group of normal college students shoulder, then training the teaching ability of normal students is the priority among priorities, From the current situation, but it seems many normal colleges, training of teaching ability of mathematics pedagogical student is not paid attention to, even no matter, even if there are many attention, is focused on the theoretical and not pay attention to the training of students' practical. Some schools have set up the training courses like microteaching training, but many teachers and students do not pay attention to, to glance over things hurriedly ended, leading to lack of the most important link. In order to prevent the phenomenon of deteriorated again, strengthen the cultivation of the pre-service mathematics teachers' teaching ability is imminent. In this paper, the system analysis, first of all, introduce the theory of professional education of normal school students overall requirements, for their professional quality requirements and strengthen the practice of curriculum requirements. Secondly, analysis mathematics theory course, including professional basic course, mathematics instruction courses, mathematics teaching practical skills training courses. Finally, describes how to train students in mathematics teaching ability, includes four aspects, which is to cultivate the students essential content.
