影响大班英语互动的因素及其策略研究


在我国,由于师资匮乏,大班英语教学广泛存在。课堂互动,是英语教学的重要组成部分。而在大班英语课堂中,有很多因素影响着课堂互动。因此,教师要针对这些影响互动的因素而运用合适的教学策略,获得反馈信息,进而更好地安排教学。
本论文就大班英语教学广泛存在的背景下,以中学为例,研究适合大班英语教学的方法。首先,探讨大班英语教学影响师生、生生互动的因素。本论文采用试卷调查的形式对大班英语课堂影响互动的因素进行研究。通过数据收集和分析可以得出结论,学生的注意力和兴趣、课堂活动的设置和学生的发言机会影响学生的语言交际能力,进而影响课堂互动。
针对这些因素提出了以下策略:通过多媒体和其它教学辅助手段提高学生的兴趣和注意力;利用合理分组和合作学习安排课堂活动,课堂活动的设置要有利于锻炼学生的语言交际能力;运用任务型语言教学进行课程设置。这些策略对完善大班英语课堂具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

English teaching in large English classes exists widely in China because of lack of qualified teachers. Interactions are important elements in English teaching, and various elements affect interactions in large English class. Hence appropriate teaching method should be adopted to deal with these affecting factors,and then teachers can well engage in their teaching according to the feedback.
The paper gives research to find a proper way used in large English class teaching with middle school large English class teaching as example. First, it exploits factors affecting interactions in large English class. It adopts a questionnaire to analyze these factors. And from the analysis, it finds that students’ interest and attention, the design of class activities and students’ opportunities are key factors to affect their communicative competence, which further affects interactions in class.
Then, the paper gives strategies according to these factors: gain students’ interest and attention by multimedia and other teaching aids, strengthen their communicative competence by rational sub-grouping and cooperative learning, and adopt task based English teaching to design class activities. By these strategies, a satisfactory large English class can be achieved.
