基于SWOT分析的新生代农民工市民化研究

众所周知，新生代农民工在我国城市经济发展中具有十分重要的作用。因此新生代农民工市民化是维护社会稳定，统筹城乡发展的内在要求，也是社会发展的趋势和潮流。新生代农民工市民化不仅需要在自由的环境下自己进行，更需要国家进行顶层设计，合理规划、支持、管理。本文先调查了解新生代农民工市民化的基本现状，再利用swot模型分析存在的问题和不足，在此基础上提出针对性的解决方法，以期加快推动新生代农民工市民化。

Study on the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers based on SWOT analysis

Abstract: As we all know, the new generation of migrant workers play a very important role in the development of urban economy in China. Therefore, the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers is the inherent requirement of maintaining social stability and balancing the two dimensional structure of urban and rural areas, and also the trend and trend of social development. The citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers needs not only in the free environment, but also in the top-level design, rational planning, support and management. This paper first investigates the present situation of the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers, and then uses the SWOT model to analyze the existing problems and shortcomings. On this basis, it puts forward the targeted solutions in order to speed up the process of the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers.
