安徽中小企业技术创新支持体系现状及问题研究

安中小企业发展是带动整个安徽经济发展的关键，解决了安徽省80%以上人的就业问题，而技术创新是企业最具有活力的因素，是促进企业发展的重要保障。本文采用文献调查法、经验总结法和描述性研究法，主要研究安徽省中小企业技术创新在财政、金融、法律、市场环境和社会服务方面支持体系现状及存在的问题。金融和财政支持力度不够，法律制定的不够全面，市场环境混乱和社会服务支持体系不完善等问题，提出安徽省政府应该拓宽融资渠道和加大财政资金投入力度，保证企业创新资金的来源，完善相关法律的制定规范市场环境，提高社会化服务的质量等多项措施来保证促进安徽省中小企业技术创新。

Research on Present Situation and Problems of Technological Innovation Support System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Anhui Province

Abstract: SMEs are an important pillar to support the economic development of Anhui Province and have solved employment problems in more than 80% of Anhui Province. Technological innovation is the most dynamic factor for company and an important guarantee for the development of enterprises. This article adopts the literature survey method, experience summary method and descriptive research method to mainly study the status quo and existing problems of technical innovation in SMEs in Anhui Province in terms of finance, finance, law, market environment and social services. Financial and financial support is insufficient, laws are not comprehensive enough, market environment is chaotic and social service support system is imperfect and other issues. It is proposed that the provincial government of Anhui Province should broaden the financing channels and increase financial capital input, ensure the source of enterprise innovation funds, improve the formulation of relevant laws and regulate the market environment, and improve the quality of socialized services, etc. to ensure development of the technological innovation of SMEs in Anhui Province.
