基于大学生职业发展需求的就业援助策略研究

职业是人进入社会具有社会属性必然之路，而就业是大学毕业生职业发展历程中的重要的起始性环节。现今,高校毕业生总数的逐年见长，就业政策也随之渐步步深化，但就业形势依然不可轻视，高校毕业生的就业是社会关注的热点中不可缺少的一部分。来自各方面的就业压力使毕业生的思想负担逐渐加重，所以要改善目前严重的就业形势我们在改革就业政策的同时，还要多多关注大学生的就业思想政治教育。本篇文章通过对大学生对职业发展的需求，采取随机抽样的方法，从大学生就业的需求、社会形势、就业政策、就业心理的问题、思想政治教育问题及对策这几个方面进行分析研究，目的就是找到适合大学生实际情况的就业援助方法，并提供职业教育，并找到一份满意的工作，促进社会和谐。

College students' career development based on the needs of employment assistance strategy research

Abstract: Vocation is an important way for people become socialization,but employment is a starting point for the college graduates career development.Facing the problem of university students' employment, effective employment assistance for college students group, is conducive to successfully make the transition from school to work, promote their professional ability to ascend.Based on the importance of employment assistance,at present the main body in different group provides a wide variety of employment assistance for college students, but we still  discuss the following problems in the paper:whether these measures to meet the needs of the students? what kind of problems are still existing? How to build our country's college students employment aid system on the basis of meeting the demand of college students?
