农村幼儿教师生存状态调查研究

幼儿教育是基础教育的基础，它不仅仅关系到儿童的成长、家庭的幸福，还与社会未来的发展紧密相联。在影响农村幼儿教育质量的诸多因素中，其中最为关键的就是幼儿教师，她们是影响学校教育质量的核心因素。因此，本文主要是采用问卷调查法和访谈法对滁州市8所农村幼儿园的120名的在职幼儿教师进行了不记名调查。调查结果显示:当前农村幼儿教师的生存状况并不良好。首先，农村幼儿老师的薪资相对不高导致她们每个月的工资收入在很多时候不能满足家庭日常生活的需要。其次，超额的工作量常常给她们带来很大的压力，并且幼儿教师的工作也比较繁琐，这些都让她们感到身心疲倦。除此之外，在日常工作中幼儿教师不仅要面对来自家长和社会对其越来越高的期望，而且还要时刻注意孩子们的安全问题，这些也让她们在工作和生活中出现了越来越多有关身心健康的问题。

Investigation on the living conditions of rural preschool teachers
Abstract: Early childhood education is foundation of basic education, it is not only related to the growth of children, family happiness, but also closely linked with the future development of society. Among the many factors that affect the quality of rural preschool education, teachers are the most important one among them, they are the core factors affecting the quality of school education. Therefore, this article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry on investigation to 120 preschool teachers in Chuzhou 8 rural kindergartens. The results show that: the current state of existence of rural preschool teachers’ situation is not optimistic. First of all, the rural preschool teacher’s salary is not high, and their monthly salary income is often unable to meet the needs of the family’s daily life. Secondly, the extra workload often give them a lot of pressure, and preschool teachers’ work is tedious, which makes them feel physically and mentally tired. In addition, in the daily work of the preschool teachers not only to face from parents and society to the more and more high expectations, but also always pay attention to children’s safety issues, these also let them have more and more relevant physical and mental health problem in the work and life.
